● The item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags
attached.

● For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Undergarments and innerwear
● Prayer mats and religious items (unless damaged)
● Customized or personalized products
● Items purchased during sale or clearance promotions

● In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

● Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
● Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
